How can I make a reservation?

We have different options for your convenience. You can make a reservation on our reservations page or you may call us directly at (619) 715­-6767

How are clients picked up from the airport? 

We do airport pick ups one of two ways. By default we do curbside pick ups. This is where your Chauffeur will text and call you when your flight lands. Once you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up, just call him/her and you will be picked up outside of baggage claim  within minutes. We also provide meet and greet service for a small fee. In this case, your  Chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim, assist with luggage and walk with you to the vehicle

Is there a charge if my flight is delayed or if I have to collect my luggage?

We monitor all inbound flights to the San Diego Airport and there is no wait time charge for  Airport Pick ups.

What does the service fee include?

The service fee of 20% is distributed as follows: 15% chauffeur’s gratuity for your convenience and 5% admin fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and  Discover. We also can do direct billing for corporate accounts to ensure hassle free reimbursements.

Where can I view my receipts and trip history?

Once you or one of our friendly agents sets up an account; you will be able to view and print receipts, past reservations and any future bookings that you may have arranged. 

 Do you have car seats available?

Yes, we have infant seats (rear facing) ,toddler seats (forward facing) and boosters. There is an  extra charge for this service, please contact us for further information.

 What areas do you service?

We service all of Southern California and can also pick­up/drop­off at Los Angeles Airport, Long  Beach Airport, John Wayne/Orange County Airport, Bob Hope/Burbank Airport and Ontario  Airports.

Do you have Wi­Fi in your vehicles?

Complimentary Wi­Fi is available in all vehicles.

How will I know that my car will be on time for my reservation?

Our policy is to call or text (whichever you prefer) 30 minutes prior to the reservation to notify  you that your car is on the way. If your pickup is scheduled from the airport, we monitor your  inbound flight in case there are any changes, giving you peace of mind.

Do your drivers go through a background check? 

Yes, all of our drivers must pass a background check, have a clean driving record and are  randomly tested for any drugs/alcohol during their employment with the company.

What type of Vehicles do you have in your fleet?

Our fleet consists of a variety of high end Luxury SUVs, Sedans and Mercedes Sprinter Buses.
